My car will pass smog only if I plug the vacuum line (that goes to the EGR valve) first. If I don't, the Nox goes way up. And I do mean WAY up!
So, I need to know what controls EGR vacuum? Does anyone have a diagram/schematic?
Lastly, what harm will I do if I leave the vacuum line plugged?

The EGR valve is told to open or close via. that little vacuum line from the Solenoid.
