I found this and thought I'd post an FYI for you guys....
(save the list somewhere in case the site disappears - makes the link useless)

Just about all 2.8/3.1/3.4 camshafts (some probably brands not around any more)

Stock Fiero V6 cam lobe lift in/ex .231/.263
multiply that by your rocker ratio (either 1.5 or 1.6) to find the max valve lift.
