If you're referring to the overall design of those components, then yes, they are all the same from every year Fiero.
The only major differences in design that are NOT subject to options a car received that you will come across for interior components will be V6 cars with AUX gauges (the radio/HVAC surround is slightly different up top), the B pillar trim pieces (if the car has speakers there), and the high mounted center tail lamp that was Federally mandated starting in 1986.
Everything else is going to be interior color variations or based on what options the car has (power locks, power windows, trim level, etc).
