Is there any way to halt or slow the progression of delamination in the lenses of the 88 GT tail lights?

Yep. Saw that thread. I don't have the equipment or skills for that process. I was hoping IMSA GT might go into business on his process.

Yeah... there's really nothing you can do. It has to do with the differing rates of thermal expansion of the black plastic and the clear, so over many heat cycles the housings are constantly prying against themselves, and one day a part of the black layer will pop loose... Being stored indoors and not leaving the car in direct sunlight may help, but once it starts you can't stop it.
