Torque value for aluminum head rocker bolts? by trotterlg

I cannot find the value for the torque for the rocker arm stud into an aluminum head 3100. I find the value for the nut that holds the rocker arms down but not the stud into the head. I have ARP adjustable studs. See picture:

Not sure if this is the correct fastener or not, you be the judge: About 2/3rds of the way down on this page it's listed as "Bolt" "Connects: Rocker Arm, To: Cylinder Head" Just note that there are different specs for '95-'97 and '98-'02:

Here's another reference... look towards the bottom of the page it's listed as "Valve - Rocker Arm Bolt"

I think those are for the nut that holds on the rocker arm and not the stud into the head. I know they are really thight and hard to remove. way more than what is listed. Larry
