Harmonic Balancer Question - mine is worn out, need to replace. Can I replace my original 1985 V-6 GT harmonic balancer with a Dorman 954-013? Did research, but not sure if my model year is one that can use that particular Dorman part. Trying to find the cheap and easy fix, thanks.

No idea on the Dorman but I've got a really nice used one for $50 shipped.

I have looked at having these made. Maybe the time is getting closer? I'm seeing more and more looking for them lately.

Is that part number specific for the Fiero? If not, the timing marks are going to be off.

They're readily available for most other cars but not for the Fiero anymore. Best solution would be if Rodney made them; otherwise you could use one from most any GM 80s-era 2.8 but you'd need to make a new mark (scribe and/or paint). Most critical would be the distance to offset it from the original mark.
