Anyone out there can tell me how to repair the metal tab that has been pulled off the fiberboard type material of the inside of door skin?

depending on how much damage happened on pulling it off, just gorilla glue it back on

Ditto to the last post. I had the same thing happen with my door panels. Used Gorilla glue and it holds up great.
