I'm going to be swapping a 97 3800SC into an 87 GT 5 speed. I plan on low mounting the alternator and am waiting on others to get back with me on whether or not they're still providing mounting options. I'm trying to find a dogbone setup that will work with this swap (using the stock mounting location). I saw a few grinding down GTP brackets and using them. I've also heard about a 4 point and 5 point setup but I don't weld. If anyone has any suggestions I'm open to all suggestions as I'm in the beginning phases of this project. I've seen the Rodney Dickman Mounts, and I know that FieroX mounts are soon coming back into production but no eta on that yet.
