Anyone know anything about LED tail light options for the fastback? I know TLG Auto sells a kit for the notchback but it states its for notchback only. Any thoughts?

You really just need an LED version of the stock bulb, and an LED flasher, unless you want to change the style of light or have cool sequential stuff.

Q: Is there any difference between incandescent 1157 and 2057 tail/turn signal bulbs?

A: Yes the difference is wattage. On some cars this can trigger the Lamp out light to come on. Other than that it should work without problems.

I got some of the red "SMD" style bulbs for the stop/brake lamps and they seem about as bright as stock 2057. You have to use red LEDs though, white ones will lose a lot of brightness through the red lens.

The 1-watt wide angle red LEDs work well for the "pontiac" logo.
