what are the targets for data readings from winaldl on a 2.8 that indicate a healthy system? i.e map readings, o2, tps @ idle, int?

I've found that my data shows int is hovering around 140 @ idle, but blm is pegged at 120 at idle. I'm not sure where these are pointing me. blm screams pig rich while int shows lean? winaldl real time shows a lot of rich flags, but no codes being set.
