This may be a stupid question, but is there any benefit to replacing all of the fuses in the fuse block with new fuses?

Thanks

There may be a benefit to removing the fuses and putting them back in. Contacts get dirty or corroded over time.

That can help. corroded contacts get more resistance and reduce power available.

More helpful is checking Grounds. Many grounds needs works because Factory didn't weatherize the screws etc where wire meets the car body.
