I read a " how to " on replacing the Fiero V6 EGR valve by Bloozberry. (I think ) Anyways, after installation it is often necessary to "clock" the upper valve since the nipple is rarely in the location needed for the Fiero V6. You can usually turn it to the position you need but in doing so it seems to loosen it to the point where it will spin round and round with only moderate resistance. I know the diagraphm movement is up and down but I'm still worried about this upper valve not being tight. Maybe engine vibration will make it move around ....I don't know.
Anyone else have this issue ? I'm ready to go out and just buy another one.
Thanks, Kit
