Im replacing the lower control arm bushings on my 88gt with new rubber ones and have a couple questions. Are both bushings in one control arm the same? They look the same but I have read that there was a different part number for the front vs the rear in some older posts. Now I have two replacements (470722 GM part number) can I just use them or do I need to search for another? Also I noticed that the new bushing inner sleeves have jagged or serrated outer ends, Why? Is it necessary or can I grind them down?
Thanks
