Is there any reason to not use an oil pressure gauge for testing fuel pressure? It hasn't been used for the oil test yet.

As long as it don't have plastic parts inside. Some cheaper ones have a plastic expansion bulb inside. If it is the brass type bulb OK. A little tricky, but the better ones can be opened. Take the View cover off, remove screws on back(normally 2).
Also make sure you use hose and seals that can tolerate fuel/ethanol.
