when you remove the fiero dash the large spiral bolts (name unknown) screw into plastic & often are stripped ,, there is a next larger spiral bolt used on the fiero,, they look to big to thread into the old holes but they work & do not tear up/ruin the holes these are the bolts that go thru the thin metal plate into steering column, & the lower big spiral bolts that hold the dash ,,use care & just screw them in you can also thread a 5/16 tap into the holes to rethread the plastic , this works much better than I expected very well,,I put a little grease on the bolt & it went in easy,held tight the steering column holes are open at the bottom do not install lower cover untill you set panel "facia trim plate" in place
