hello my name is Jonathan, and I'm 17, and I have a 87 gt that start it out as a auto, and than I bought it when I was 16, it was in the process of becoming a 5 speed
that me and my dad finished than we went to crank it and it was lock up, so we put the bottom of a 3.1 in, it and I have driven it all jr year but than by April, of this year the exhaust gasket blew and the valve went bad, so I had no power in a car that look like it has it lol, so i look in to engine swaps and the 3800 II sc look the best for me mainly because of the price ,so in September I bought a 01 gtp and swap the motors and it was amazing for about a week, the the stock clutch started to slip, ik the stock clutch was not going to hold but, I had no money lol, so now im driving a 87 gt sc that i cant boost i can post pic if want
