Is Valvoline Syncromesh suitable for the 5 sp getrar instead of Pennzoil Syncromesh?

Yes it is suitable. The difference between the two is the name on the bottle.
It is like the difference between Valvoline and Pennzoil 10W30. The name on the bottle.

Changed the oil and it seems to soft better.
