anyone have a wiring diagram for the instrument cluster of an 86 se with an automatic 2.8 im having issues with my charging and need to see where the diode is located that is built into the wire that leads to the batt. light in the instrument cluster .i want to find the diode ,see what type and what kind it is and go to radio shack and replace it,, if this is even possible.. thank you c

A 1N4002 diode would work nicely

Although not particularly helpful, the FSM says that the diode is: "In the main harness, below rear bulkhead grommet."
