The (4) 3 1/2" for the seats come from the rear of a 95 up Catera, as well as the two small tweeters that will go into the pillars.
The 5 1/4" for the dash are from the rear doors of a 2000ish Deville.
The subs are LH and RH subs which will go behind the seats were the toughest for me to figure out. They needed to be in a tuned enclosure.
The enclosure had to be fairy small, thin enough so the seat goes back far enough to drive, and wanted to be able to cover it with something that looks stock Fiero.
Found out the Audi has a sub box that uses two 3 1/2" triangular speakers that were also used on many pre 2000 Cads as front door speakers.
They were all in tunes enclosures, but only one model fit the bill as far as shape goes, the 83-85 Eldorado.
These are hard to find, but I just so happen to have a couple in my storage.
The Catera amp I am using has LH and RH filtered outputs for the subs and outputs for all of the other speakers.
The Carera also has a sound field processor that feeds the amp. Both are small enough to fit behind the seats next to the sub boxes.
Also am using the wire harness from the Catera, very little splicing, mostly shorten and new wire ends.
Though the amp and processor was designed for the Catera and won't be perfect sound-wise for the Fiero, should be fine for most everyone's ears.
Will know soon.
