I would like to replace the fuel injectors on a '87 GT 5-speed.
Has anyone used any fuel injectors listed below, for the 2.8L?
Are there any of these to avoid?

Has anyone sent their original injectors out for cleaning?

Some of those are bosch-style injectors, some are multec-style. In my experience both are functionally equivalent (I've used both on the same 2.8 motor).

Can fuel injectors be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaning unit? Like the kind you can purchase from Harbor Freight?

No. Have them cleaned properly by a business that does that. They test the flow and pattern before passing them and sending them back.
