Working on my 3800SC II every thing is installed. When I turn the key back to accessory,shouldn't the windows roll down?

No, you should have to push the down button to get them to go down. Larry

I think what he means is shouldn't the switches be functional n the accessory switch position. I don't think mine are, I would have to verify but right now it's 300 miles away.

Now thats funny right thar, don't care who ya are.

With mine, I have to have the key in the on to get power to the windows.

i can also confirm that you must have your ignition in the "on" position to roll your windows down

Mine works without a key and without a battery even. I just crank the handle. LOL
