Seriously it sounds like a turbine under there. I have never seen a more powerful radiator fan in my life. Finally got my cooling system sorted out (bad fan relay) and now every time it kicks on I feel like a jet about to taxi down the runway. Sounds cool though.

Mine works and it ain't that loud

Even if it is stock, if it's that loud you should probably replace it.
