Hi guys. On a turbo 3800 what should I set my command afr in pe too.

Are you going to dyno tune the car or just seat-o-the-pants? Start in the 11.0-11.5 range then work up. For a street tune go rich and stay away from KR. A racing tune will be in the 12's to low 13s depending on mods and how your O2 sensor is calibrated. It all depends on your engine and your setup. Don't mess up your engine on free advice though. Test carefully.

Thanks hudini. I have it set at 11.3 now. It seems like it is loading up. You let up on the gas a little and it will take off. Going down to the tuning shop on monday to talk to him about pricing. We can't seem to fix or find the issue with this full throttle bog.

11.3 is a good target ACTUAL AF, but you would want to verify that your actual AF is the same via a wideband.
