Both my front and rear sway bar bushings are rotted. I quickly learned that not all sites have these in stock. I was so confused because Autozone kept referencing 22MM bushings for 88, when 22 seems to only apply to 84-87. So do you all think the following parts will fit the 88 GT assembly okay? I hope I have ordered the right parts. How hard is it to replace the end link bushings or the mounting bracket bushings? Should I replace either one first? I have spare poly bushings to do the front or back, so that's why I only ordered one set. I think I might have got a good deal on the KYB shocks too.

The mount bushings are not hard, I replaced mine on a Formula with black energysusp poly. However my end links are stock, though they look like a whitish colored poly.

For the mounts I just got the bushing that was the right diameter inside for the bar and mounted new bracket and bushing, From most parts stores, the bracket is a brass color but no one can see it. looks like one of those last 2 links you provided, just measure your bar.
