I bought the New 203 and 500 for my swap. I haven't gotten them yet, but I suspect that the wire ends that pin into them are different. Does anyone know the "source" where I can buy some ? Thanks
Yeah, tell me how many of each type. Figure 0.75 each plus 1.50 for shipping.
You also will never get them to crimp properly without the PROPER crimp too. Any crimp tool sold at a hardware store won't work properly. Search Metripack crimp tool - Here is one of the cheaper ones. - http://www.ebay.com/itm/MET...em4d092b021a&vxp=mtr
You can always crappy crimp them and then solder them as long as you don't over run the solder into the contact area or the tang or leave big solder drips on the terminal.

which 280s do I need, the large female or small (terminal size, not wire size), and Do I need any male terminals ? I've got the New empty 500 and 203, and nothing to go by on the car end. thanks

280 *IS* the terminal size. That's the nominal width of the connection in mm's. (IE, it's 1/8" wide).

One side of the connector uses female. The other side *MUST* use male or it's impossible to make a connection. I don't remember which side is which right now.
Metri-Pack is the style. All the metri-pack sizes are mm equivalent of inch sizes... 160, 280, 480, etc. Pins of the same size can vary by male/female, wire gauge, push to seat/pull to seat, etc.
