I've had alot of people ask for pictures of this or that on my car. I have uploaded everything I have on my phone to one photobucket album. There are pictures of the roll bar, turbo setup, engine bay, etc.

I am not going to link each pic here, but feel free to browse the album and ask questions, or request other pics. I will try and answer as I can, and take more pics when I have time. Hopefully this will help others.

Trust me, it's a little rougher in person than the pics show. It's a solid 25 footer.

Did you make the bar/rear window yourself?

I did the window, but had a local chassis guy do the roll bar. He did a fantastic job. With the door bar out, I don't even notice the rest is in the car. It is a very tight fit to the car, yet the B pillars still fit, and once I cover the fiberglass headliner I got from the fiero store, it will still have a complete interior. From the side of the car it is invisible, as the down bars follow the contour of the rear section of the car. I've had alot of compliments on the bar. I've removed the rubber seals around the down bars since those pics. They were always shifting, so I took them out, no negative effects from that. The holes are relatively tight to the bars, as long as I don't spray directly at the holes, I can wash the car without getting water inside.

Yeah, that was the pass before the tq converter (I'm assuming) failed. Was hoping for 9 sec pass on that run.

Finally pulled the transmission back out yesterday. This was a 300m input shaft.

I did however find a brand new gm racing 1" chain and aremet input shaft. So trans will be going back together stronger than ever.

Paid less for this new chain than I've seen some used ones sell for. Got the input shaft for a steal as well. No lockup oring groove, and I'm not putting one in it. That is the weakest point in the whole shaft, and I rarely use lockup anyway. With a wife and two kids it rarely sees highway duty anymore. I'll be looking to get a non-lockup converter that will take everything I can throw at it this winter, and hopefully be running again in the spring.

It looks like the 1" links are 3/4 of the size. I wonder if its getting more strength from that then the width.

Added a few more pics to the album. I had the trunk floor out while replacing my leaking intercooler. Took the opportunity to take a few pics of the manifold to turbo adapter with wastegate output that I built for this turbo setup. Allows the use of stock 3800 manifolds. I did add two extra bolts this year that can be seen in the new pics as the flange kept warping and leaking. With four bolts now it stays sealed up.

Built a new trunk floor, there is a video of the plate being cut on my friends cnc plasma cutter. Very cool toy! I insulated the bottom of the plate and bolted it in. Added a new 5 gallon intercooler reservoir with 2000 gph pump and changed the water lines to all 1". Hoping to get some better cooling with the new setup. Old setup was 3/4" line and 1200 gph pump. Will add some pics of the tank in the next few days.

Intercooler was leaking internally so water was puddling in intercooler and getting blown into engine under boost. Was causing some misfires, stuttering and stalling. Also intake air temps were hotter than when intercooler was new. 40f rising to 70f in 1/4 mile new and 65 rising to 110-115f with the leak. Still ran a new best and then 136 mph with those issues, so hopefully with that all fixed, can get this thing into the 9s in a few weeks.

Billet 6262 Precision turbo, PT1001 intercooler, ST1 cam, 140lb springs, comp pushrods, HV3, stock L32 bottom end and heads.

Best MPH 136.12
