Looking for 3800 torque specs by MulletproofMonk

Well, I found some torque specs on another site.
Are the water pump bolts torque to yield?

Oil Pan: 10.42 Ft-Lbs or 125 In-Lbs
Oil Filter Adapter: 11 Ft-Lbs or 132 In-Lbs Note: 3800 II - Oil Filter Adapter - 2 Steps: 11FtLbs; +50deg
Valve Cover: 7.42 Ft-Lbs or 89 In-Lbs
Water Pump (Long Bolts): 15 Ft-Lbs or 180 In-Lbs Note: 3800 II - LONG Bolts - 2 Steps: 15FtLbs; +40deg
Water Pump (Short Bolts): 11 Ft-Lbs or 132 In-Lbs Note: 3800 II - SHORT Bolts - 2 Steps: 11FtLbs; +80deg
Water pump pulley: 115 in/lbs
Water Adapter/Connector: 11 Ft-Lbs or 132 In-Lbs

NO. But make sure you use thread sealer (like teflon paste) on the threads of the long bolts.

Is there a site that shows the torque pattern too! I need torque specs for the oil pan, (I don't understand the +50 stuff) the supercharger, the lower intake manifold. Thanks

Oh, and can someone please link me to the tool used after the torque wrench that does that +50 DEG tightening? I don't even know what the name of the tool is.
If I'm putting a 1999 exhaust manifold on a 1996 3800sc which torque setting do I use (1996 or 1999) ?
Can anyone post torque patterns for oil pan, LIM, and supercharger, and oil filter adapter please?
And which bolts use antiseize and which use thread locker?
