I don't think there would be any harm running the new flasher.. It says that it would handle a variable resistance and thus a non erratic blinking. But is it consistent now? --- oh... check for a bad ground or what I did, sandpaper the little terminals inside the sockets for a better connection. I was having the problem too where one side would be slower and dimmer than the other. After reading some of the other posts and forums, I don't see why a quick flash would be a ticket magnet... Does anyone want to explain?

As far as up loading the videos, there are several free websites that will allow you to use. Some you have to set up an account but still may be free..

Anyway. try http://tinypic.com/ , http://Flickr.com , or http://photobucket.com/ ... I think this site, Pennocks, has a section but it may be for photos.. Not sure. I use flickr myself. It has all my build pictures and movies stored on it. I also have a second flickr account for my online portfolio for interviews and such.

Thanks for being a trooper in experimenting this subject.

That looks like a GREAT improvement!.. And it's a lot brighter. You happy with it?

The video links work good. No problem getting them to work on my iPhone.

They are similar to this

http://www.autozone.com/aut...entifier=378307_0_0_

And I'm going to split the original socket's 3 wires. one's ground and the others I think are blue and brown. Blue ( both light and dark color), those are the flasher's wires where the brown is the running light. The blue, I'm thinking, is going to go to the fog light LEDs so itll flash like yours and the brown goes to the little amber light. My fogs are wired separate. I got the power from the cig lighter, it went through that supplied fuse to the switch and out to the front.

before you found the solution to my problem, i was at the point of just running the driving light and having a separate led act both as the turn signal and parking light. now i only need to add a parking light. thanks!!!
