Auto 2.8, past week or so, the car stays movin' at whatever speed I bring it to. If I'm going 25, and let off the gas, it will basically keep going at that speed until I hit the brake...

Any ideas?

It could be a cruise control malfunction. Try unplugging it at the cruise control servo near the driver's side strut tower, if you have cruise.

The car doesnt stall at a stop does it, could possibly be torque converter issue if so.
I guess I am thinking throttle cable sticking or stuck on something if not cruise control..

No cruise control, no "stall at stops". Maybe it's the cable or some piece the cable is attached to...

It doesnt really make sense that pressing the brake would stop the acceleration of the engine tho, if the throttle sticks it should fight your braking. Is it just a high idle? Possibly EGR leak?
