Hey everyone, weird question...if you look on wiki sites for cars, they list specs like, wheelbase...length, width and height?

I wanna know what is height?? do they mean RIDE height? from the bottom of the tires to the top of the roof? of frame height? like how much room you have from the floor of the car to the roof? what do these numbers reflect?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pontiac_Fiero

Thanks!

Total vehicle height, to top of roof, from the ground, for a car resting on level ground.

Ayup, one of the few vehicles that can drive under an 18 wheeler and out the other side.

I strongly don't recommend you try that, but it does fit.

So if someone were to add larger wheels or raise the ride height...then that "stock" number would change and be different correct? Without having to do something crazy like cut the roof off and raise it an inch or so...
