I charged air and it works great when I'm driving but as soon as I stop it shoots hot air but when I get going it goes cold again, what could it be?

Did you use a guage? Could still be low, or you have compressor problems, or....

Do you have a leak, or did you replace something and recharge it?

Problem with the radiator fan, or the condenser?

edit: And to build on what jack was asking, did you fill it with R134-a without doing the full proper conversion?

See if your radiator fan turns on when you turn on the AC. If not, that's the problem. You need moving air for it to work.

I changed the compressor the filter and the condenser, I charged it and no leaks, also my fan does work

Did you pull a vacuum and hold it? How did you charge it?

New compressor? R12 or 134a?
