I lowered my 88 Formula with the Ace/Eibach springs and went a step further with 1 inch drop ball joints in the front. I didn't put the spring isolators in trying to get as low as possible. Lately though it seems that it's just too harsh of a ride anymore and very noisy. Should I put those isolators back in and see what happens? Or go back to stock springs?

If you still have bump stops, they can be cut half off for more travel. But I'd put the isolators back on for sure.

I think I still do. At least the rear. The front I think I took them out completely.
