I'm sure you have seen cars in your area where the turn signals flash VERY quickly.....almost too fast. Some people like that and others do not. That is because the person changed to LED bulbs and did not consider the load loss on the circuit. Factory flasher units work off of the load of the standard light bulbs to create the flash speed. LED lights have very little load so the stock flasher unit flashes the LED's very quickly.
If you use the stock Fiero flasher under the dash, the resistors will need to be used to slow down the turn signal flash rate. If you use the new style that Chris offers, you do not need the resistors.
