Found my misfire cylinder 5 giving me grief. 320 misfires. So I guess tomorrow I check plug, then go to parts store to buy plug wire. I dont have a spare to test grrr all the luck. I'm guessing one of the 2?

Definitely could be a plug/wire, I'd also check the coil packs themselves. Sometimes moisture can get in there and cause some rust and/or corrosion, this happened on my GTP before. If so, use some sandpaper to clean them up.

Close down your plug gap to 40 and see if that clears it up.

Swap the plug with another cylinder see if it follows. Swap a wire with another cylinder see if it follows. etc etc. Don't just throw a ton of parts at it all at once.

I have seen the coils themselves crack and leak spark only on one cylinder. The other cylinder works fine in these cases (producing a misfire code on only one cylinder). So yes, it is possible you COULD have a bad coil that caused a misfire only on one cylinder.
