I saw this on a muscle car site.
I have not tried this yet but sure looks like it just may do the trick.

Tighten the control arm bolt fairly tight, tight enough for the sides of the frame to hold the inner bushing tube tight. Then turn the BOLT usually holding the nut to prevent it from spinning.

Turning the bolt with the nut tight holds the inner bushing shaft tight between the ends and breaks the bolt loose inside the inner sleeve.

Be sure to NOT twist so hard as you damage the bolt. Best to used an impact gun to do it. The hammering of the impact gun really knocks it loose...
