Thanks for the compliment. The frame is a Nerd Rods U weld it kit. I used a frame machine to clamp the pieces while I TIGed it together.

Will it use the Nomad running gear? What drivetrain?

I have a 99 LS1 with LS6 cam and intake mated to an auto. The suspension is C4 corvette. I'll post a pic of the rolling chassis soon.

awesome work, You have to post pics of the nomad..... after getting to do work on the one here , I want one,,,, just dont have that kind of cash....

NICE !!! What year are you doing ? Did you ever see a Pontiac Safari....same car, more rare. Did you know they did make a 58 Nomad ?

I need to update some pics on the nomad and the 36 Ford , it is almost finished then will get back on the nomad. Never heard of a Safari, but never looked much at
wagons till I started working on the nomad.. Hoping LS4-GT88 has some updates on his work soon..

Of the Nomads, my fav is the 55. I like the front end and the rear wheel openings better.

How is that '55 coming along? The one we been working on is just about ready for interior, ( done a few other projects since)..
