I finally got around to publishing the Fiero GT Rear Inner Sail Panel Spacer I made to Thingiverse. I made this after a bunch of people said they needed some.

I'm not saying yours is not going to work but why is your oval hole so wide, I think you would want it a little tighter so it does wiggle and rattle, just my 2 cents and FYI would love for a pair for my car in the future on my restoration..

Its a spacer so it gets pinched into place. The size of the hole is only relevant for ease of hitting the bottom hole from the top.

Edit:
Once I figure out a better shipping method ill be more than happy to print and sell some. Just doesn't make sense that shipping is $7

I do have a few. I think i will throw some satin black paint on them.

These are made from PETG instead of ABS as the originals were ABS and didn't hold up to UV and the weather. The location these are should not see enough heat for this to make a difference.

I would prefer mine to be printed in black color.

Because according to sources online, PETG may be harder to paint with a durable result. If you really need the color to stick, they would recommend printing your PETG model in the color you want and leave it at that.

PETG is going to print glossy. This part is not in a high traffic zone and shouldn't be handled regularly to chip.

But it will chip due to age down the road. With black color, we won't have to worry about that ever.

Is there a problem with our request for black color?
