Was watching this video and was pleasantly surprised by something in the background:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QatKRHFxEoE

Appears to be an 86 base coupe or sport coupe

Saw that too. In a another view shows the front.
Ask him. Read just read comments as someone may already ask. Is why he has comments on.

Even after posting that... Many people will still whine whatever isn't "correct."
They wreck Hundreds of cars and many of them are "not correct" either at filming time.

Night rider and others are same way and often reuse many crashes because of cost to find let alone make a stunt car for later years.

Awesome! I met John at a World of Wheels event not long ago, last winter I think? I had a diecast General Lee signed. But also while we chatted I said I was into lots of cars, and Fieros came up and a girl who was with him, his promoter maybe, said she used to have one. Also he was surprised the one I have had a V8 swap. I mentioned some people rebody them too. He said as a Dukes fan I should rebody it as a 69 Charger, we laughed about that.

I'm not a fan but I sorta know and have talked to this guy several times. Unfortunately Fieros never came up in a discussion. I will probably see him again in July, if I remember I'll have to bring it up.

I briefly asked about it in his facebook page. He replied that it is Alicia's birthday present, and he added "86... great car". My co-worker says Alicia is John's girlfriend.
