Here's a sneak peek of my Amida G1 Dash & Door Panels.

Amida has done a great job and it's on the way to my home.

It wouldn't be fair if I keep all the enjoyment to myself and thought I'd share some pics with you guys.

When it's installed, I will share some more pics. Enjoy!

Vice,

What color leather did Rob use on your dash/door panels?

Looks like all that's missing from those door panels are some speaker mounting holes in the lower section.

I added an external pod to one of Amida's F355 door panels and it worked well so that appears to also be an option with the G1 interior.

Actually, I came to a decision to use that color when I had Alex recovered my steering wheel. It's called "Brown Fox". I was trying to get the same color as shown in my '88 Beechwood interior.

So, I had Rob use the same color for my dash & door panels. I plan to have my seats recovered in that same color in leather.

It was Rob's idea to keep the cost low. Not bad at all.

I might consider a redesign of fiberglass handle to cover corvette handle so it would fit better from top to bottom.

Yeah, I've thought about that & asked Rob if he could create a speaker housing with panel cover with holes so it would fit the door like a true G1 design.

I did a photoshop with circle speaker on the door panel & it didn't look right with G1 theme.

Rob wasn't interested in making more parts because his goal is to keep the costs down for his customers. So, it's up to each individual customer to take it further.

I might consider creating a speaker housing panel design with cover so it would fit nicely. If I can't make it happen, I'll try to find someone to help me with that. That's on my Fiero bucket list for the future.
