The article says "The Fiero was America's first mass-produced mid-engine car,"

Isn't it still Americas only "mass produced" mid engine car?
That is until the new Vette...
Was the Ford GT "mass produced"?

Kudos to them for illustrating the article with something other than the usual backwards photo of an Indy with no lettering, which is used about 99% of the other times a website mentions the Fiero.
