Note that CarFax Does Not tell you what they claim in many states. To the point they been sued and many Many complaints.
Some insurance co's and state DMV don't supply data to them and others.

So even when you get a "report" often can't trust many of them.
Not even Recall notices that you can see at NHTSA for free.

I doubt that a finance company would consider a 25 year old Fiero an asset to borrow against. but could be wrong hate to owe more money for something worth what you spend.

actually looking at buying an 2008 Hummer H3 and just wanted to make sure it wasn't a flood car. Truck looks clean but a really good detail shop can make things disappear.
