I just got shipped a 2.8 with 10,000 miles on a rebuild. When I check the compression I get 60-75 on all but one cylinder that doesn't show anything 0. I know that the 0 compression is bad. What should I register on the other cylinders?

This is on a cold engine that has been setting for more than a year. I haven't squirted oil into the cylinders yet.
