How do I know when I have a new PM? I've missed several because I didn't know I had any.

On the main menu page where you can select between General, Technical, Mall, etc...

At the very bottom left is an Inbox section. If you are already logged on, it will show total PMs and count of any new ones.

If you are logged in and have your sound turned on it there should be a chime sound if you have new ones.
