It looks as if that server is down, or unavailable. More specifically, there is no DNS record for pff dot hostkansas dot com. The domain is still current, but there is no A record for the pff subdomain. Oddly, this domain hosts its own name servers, which are both on the same subnet. It looks as if boondocked is the reseller, but the registrar is GoDaddy.
There may be an ISP issue where both NS are. If so, once DNS expired, no host for the pff subdomain.
I traced connectivity to 169.45.18.137
hostkansas is at total server solutions, in Atlanta, GA, but the PFF server may be elsewhere, and probably is. Tracing to hostkansas, I got as far as 66.71.255.141
