WOW. Talk about a dreamer. He may have that in it (I had over that in my 308), but market wont go with $28,000 on a used kitcar...unless your completely ignorant about kitcars. Ad should be " asking $28,000, will take $6,000 or trade for pickup "

Ive seen many kits with the 15" centech wheels, mine has 16". The real deal had 17". What size are your set o wheels oljoedad?
