Has anyone been able to get uvscan to work on a Windows 7 x64 PC, or is there another free scanner people are using?
I dusted off the DHP Powrtuner and got it working. I just haven't been able to get uvscan to work.

Try run as admin.
Try run as XP or vista etc
both are on properties, compatibly tab.

If problem program has drivers to use... x64 OS needs Signed x64 Drivers or won't work.

Win7 pro and up can get "XP mode" is a XP VM in Win7.
Among other issues, this allow you to install Signed and Unsigned x86 (32bit) drivers in the XP window.

First u have to install the MTSSDK.ocx file. There is an install.bat file that you have to edit and run.
After you edit this line regsvr32 C:\temp\UVSCAN\MTSSDK.OCX to point to correct file location then Right click and run as admin.
