Do any of you know if any year Corvette with t-tops was similar to Fiero t-tops? I ask because the Corvette America website sells weatherstrip kits for all Corvette years.
The C3 was the only T top Corvette and the tops were not like the Fiero. The gaskets were on the roof not the car and they are the wrong shape and they did not seal as well. The C4 and up were targa tops and the C2 and C1 were just convertibles only.
If anything the 3rd- 4th gen F body was closer but still not exact.
Even a T top in a Mustang is closer to what we have but still not exact. I think C&C did many of the Mustang tops over the years.
Some people have reportedly subbed in some of these other gaskets. It is not perfect but if you are leaking it may be better than nothing.
