Going to replace the stock thermostat, its original. Notice most guys go for the 195*. Do I have to change the sensor, or just put in the new one.

Well, that is the factory recommended temperature for the thermostat.

Not sure what sensor you're referring to... but yeah, just put in the replacement thermostat. Use a good one.
