Did all the early Fieros with the center vent have the " ribs" for luggage ???? any flat trunks with the center vent ??

Only 84's had the center vent on the decklid and my Indy had a wing, not a luggage rack.

My 84 has a flat lid, no wing and no luggage rack.

Only Indys had wings in 84.
The luggage rack was optional yep.

It could have been owner installed, but I've seen an 84SE with a wing. The Indy was the only 84 that the wing was standard and couldn't be ordered without it.

I dont believe any 84 or 85 had a wing officially from the factory except the indy in 84 and the GT in 85?
Did any bumperpad car ever come officially from the factory with a wing?

The 85GT didn't have a wing as standard equipment. It was an option. Only the Indy and Formula had a wing as part of the trim package and couldn't be deleted. I don't know if the wing was an option on ALL other models, or not.

Yep I mean I dont think it was an option.

It was an option on the GT. You could get the 85GT with a slick deck, luggage rack, or spoiler. I had 2 85GT's with wings and they had the rpo code showing it was part of the factory installed items. I also have an 85 deck lid in my barn that has a luggage rack.

The wing was only standard on the Indy. It was an option on other cars including the GTs and Formula.

It wasn't an option on the Formula. It was a part of the Formula package.
