The problem is ONLY on the driver side - the passenger side head light works fine. The driver side head light on my '88 Fiero does not quite raise all the way UP when the head lights are turned "ON." When the head lights are turned "OFF," the driver side light fully retracts to the stowed position. I noted the passenger side head light cannot be moved by hand (and, the manual option for opening and closing the passenger side head light works fine). However, I noted when I attempted to physically raise the driver side head light, I could move it freely by hand. I'm looking for some technical help with the driver side headlight. Thanks!!

On the gen2 headlights....87 and 88, The drive rollers fall apart. Usually things are OK if you replace them....

Thanks! I suspected that was the "fix," but was hoping there was a way to adjust without needing to rebuild!!
